DELAYED REPORT FROM EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT. EF-1 RATING.
MOVED FROM 3.4 S RANDOLPH IN EXTREME EASTERN COLUMBIA
COUNTY TO 5.6 NW SOUTH BEAVER DAM IN DODGE COUNTY. LASTED
6 MINUTES FROM 308 PM TO 314 PM. THE PATH LENGTH WAS
ABOUT 3.1 MILES AND PATH WIDTH WAS AROUND 75 YARDS. PEAK
WINDS WERE PROBABLY AROUND 90 TO 95 MPH. A BARN WAS
MOSTLY DESTROYED DUE TO WINDS THAT BLEW IN A SIDE
DOOR...CAUSING THE WALLS TO FAIL. THE FLYING DEBRIS THEN
SHEARED OFF A SMALL PART OF THE TOP OF A SILO.
