CONDITIONS PREVAIL OVER THE WESTERN STATES. SHALLOW MOIST
CONVECTION...AND PERHAPS A FEW LIGHTNING STRIKES...WILL LIKELY
ACCOMPANY STRONG CLIPPER SYSTEM MOVING ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES GIVEN
ENHANCEMENT OF LOW LEVEL INSTABILITY FROM RELATIVELY WARMER LAKE
WATERS. AN ISOLATED LIGHTNING STRIKE MAY ALSO APPROACH THE PAC NW
COAST LATE IN THE PERIOD ASSOCIATED WITH STRONG MID/UPPER LEVEL LOW
EXPECTED TO MOVE JUST OFF THE ORE/WA COAST BY 12Z THURSDAY.
