IMPACT THE DELMARVA VICINITY TO SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND TONIGHT...SCANT
INSTABILITY ABOVE 700 MB COULD SUPPORT A ROGUE LIGHTNING STRIKE
AMIDST HEAVY SNOW FROM THE NJ VICINITY TO THE SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND
COASTAL AREAS...BUT OVERALL LIGHTNING/TSTM POTENTIAL NONETHELESS
APPEARS RATHER LOW. IN ADDITION...A FEW TSTMS CANNOT BE RULED OUT
FOR THE OFFSHORE WATERS OF THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST IN TANDEM WITH THE
LATTER PERIOD APPROACH OF A SHORTWAVE TROUGH/FRONTAL BAND.
