AS AN UPPER-LEVEL TROUGH MOVES OFFSHORE AWAY FROM THE ATLANTIC
SEABOARD. AT THE SFC...HIGH PRESSURE ACROSS THE MID-MO VALLEY AND
OZARKS WILL KEEP NWLY FLOW IN PLACE ACROSS MOST OF THE GULF COAST
STATES. WEST OF THE SFC HIGH IN THE SRN PLAINS...SLY FLOW WILL
BECOME MORE PRONOUNCED TONIGHT BUT LOW-LEVEL MOISTURE WILL REMAIN
LOCKED UP IN THE WRN GULF OF MEXICO. FOR THIS REASON...THUNDERSTORM
ACTIVITY IS NOT EXPECTED ACROSS THE CONUS TONIGHT.
