08/07/2010 WORTH GA LAW ENFORCEMENT
HEAVY RAINFALL FROM A SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORM IS CAUSING
FLOODING ACROSS MUCH OF WORTH COUNTY. THIS FLOODING IS
MOSTLY MODERATE IN NATURE WITH WATER RUNNING ACROSS MANY
ROADS ALONG WITH SIGNIFICANT PONDING OF WATER IN POOR
DRAINAGE AREAS. RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE TOATAL RAINFALL
AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES WILL FALL BEFORE THE STORM EXITS
THE COUNTY.
