LIKEWISE FOR THE ASSOCIATED/DEEP SURFACE LOW OVER SRN ME. WHILE A
FEW ADDITIONAL/SPORADIC LIGHTNING STRIKES MAY OCCUR OVER THE NERN
U.S. OVERNIGHT...MOST OF THE DEEPER CONVECTION WILL REMAIN OFFSHORE.
MEANWHILE...A MUCH WEAKER UPPER LOW SHOULD LINGER OVER FAR NWRN
MEXICO JUST S OF THE MEXICO/AZ BORDER. MINIMAL INSTABILITY ACROSS
SRN AZ -- IN THE NERN QUADRANT OF THE LOW -- HAS FUELED SCATTERED
THUNDERSTORMS...WITH AT LEAST ISOLATED LIGHTNING STRIKES LIKELY TO
LINGER INTO THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. HOWEVER...WITH THE BOUNDARY LAYER
STABILIZING WITH TIME...ANY LIMITED SEVERE POTENTIAL WILL CONTINUE
TO DIMINISH OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS.
