WA/ORE/NRN CA COAST INTO THE NWRN GREAT BASIN THROUGH THE PERIOD.
ISOLATED TSTMS APPEAR MOST PROBABLE ACROSS THE SACRAMENTO VALLEY
DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON IN A ZONE OF STRONGER FORCED ASCENT
