TONIGHT AS AN UPPER-LEVEL TROUGH MOVES FURTHER AWAY FROM THE
ATLANTIC COAST. TO THE WEST...AN UPPER-LEVEL RIDGE IN THE GREAT
PLAINS WILL SLOWLY DEAMPLIFY AND MOVE SEWD AS A STRONG UPPER-LEVEL
SYSTEM MOVES ONSHORE ACROSS THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST. ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE TONIGHT ALONG THE COASTS OF WRN
WA...WRN ORE AND NW CA FROM A SUBTROPICAL MOIST PLUME NWD DUE TO
STEEP MID-LEVEL LAPSE RATES AND STRONG LARGE-SCALE ASCENT.
HOWEVER...NO SEVERE STORMS ARE EXPECTED TONIGHT IN THE PACIFIC NW
DUE TO WEAKENING INSTABILITY. ELSEWHERE ACROSS THE
CONUS...THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY IS NOT FORECAST TONIGHT.
