A TORNADO TOUCHED DOWN ON GRAVEL SPRINGS ROAD...JUST
SOUTH OF THE I-85. UP TO 56 HOMES AND ONE BUSINESS
RECEIVED SOME DEGREE OF DAMAGE ALONG THE TORNADOES
PATH...MOSTLY ON BANCROFT WAY AND KIRKSTONE DRIVE IN
BUFORD. FIFTEEN TO TWENTY HOMES WERE DECLARED
UNINHABITABLE. THE TORNADO WAS RATED AS EF2 WITH WIND
SPEEDS UP TO 130 MPH. PATH LENGTH WAS 0.6 MILES AND WIDTH
WAS 100 YARDS.
