THE LARGE SCALE PATTERN WILL TREND TOWARD LESS AMPLITUDE AS THE DEEP
OCCLUDED CYCLONE MOVES AWAY FROM NOVA SCOTIA...THOUGH A TROUGH WILL
PERSIST OVER THE ERN STATES WITH A RIDGE OVER THE WEST. THE ONLY
POTENTIAL CONCERN FOR EVEN ISOLATED LIGHTNING STRIKES WILL BE AROUND
MIDDAY ALONG THE ORE COAST AS A SHORTWAVE TROUGH /NOW NEAR 42 N AND
131 W/ APPROACHES. SOME ELEVATED CONVECTION WILL ACCOMPANY THIS
TROUGH AS IT NEARS THE COAST IN THE 18-21Z TIME FRAME...BUT THE
WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY FOR THUNDERSTORMS APPEARS SMALL/MARGINAL.
THUS...WILL NOT INTRODUCE A NEW OUTLOOK AREA AT THIS TIME.
