09/04/2011 PEARL RIVER MS NWS STORM SURVEY
A WEAK TORNADO MOVED ALONG AN INTERMITTENT PATH FOR
APPROXIMATELY 0.6 MILES. LARGE TREE LIMBS WERE SNAPPED,
SEVERAL TREES WERE BLOWN DOWN. SHINGLES WERE PEELED FROM
A GARAGE. ALUMINUM FACIA WAS PEELED OFF AN EVE. A SINGLE
ENGINE CESSNA AIRCRAFT THAT WAS CHAINED TO ANCHORS WAS
TOSSED APPROXIMATELY 35 YARDS AND DAMAGED SEVERELY. A
PONTOON BOAT ANCHORED TO SHORE RIPPED THE MOORING ANCHORS
FROM THE SHORE AND WAS BADLY DAMAGED. PATH WIDTH 100
YARDS. MAXIMUM RATING LOW END EF1.
