UPPER TROUGH WILL SINK SWD ACROSS THE PACIFIC NW AND INTO THE NRN
GREAT BASIN BY MON MORNING. COOL AIR ALOFT WITH THIS TROUGH MAY
RESULT IN ISOLATED LIGHTING STRIKES ALONG THE WA/ORE COAST AND OVER
THE WATER.
AS THE TROUGH CONTINUES EWD ACROSS THE ROCKIES...SLY FLOW WILL
INCREASE OVER THE PLAINS...BUT MOISTURE RETURN WILL BE LIMITED WITH
NO THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED DUE TO WEAK INSTABILITY AND CAPPING ACROSS
