TSTM POTENTIAL ACROSS MUCH OF THE CONUS. THE LONE EXCEPTION MAY BE
IN PARTS OF THE PACIFIC NW SAT AFTERNOON/EVENING. HOWEVER...MINIMAL
BUOYANCY AND MODEST MID-LEVEL LAPSE RATES WILL LIKELY PRECLUDE
