* EFFECTIVE THIS THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING FROM 145 PM UNTIL

SITUATED AHEAD OF THE FRONT AND UPPER SYSTEM WILL FUEL INTENSE
THUNDERSTORM UPDRAFTS THAT WILL DEVELOP AMIDST STRONG UNIDIRECTIONAL
SHEAR. RESULTING STORMS SHOULD ATTAIN SUPERCELL/SPLITTING CELL
