COAST WHEN TIDE LEVELS REACH 7.0 FT MLLW IN THE
CHARLESTON HARBOR.

TYPICALLY BEGINS ALONG THE UPPER GEORGIA COAST WHEN TIDE
LEVELS REACH 9.2 FT MLLW.
