10/31/2013 NEW MADRID MO NWS STORM SURVEY
EF1 TORNADO WITH 100 MPH PEAK WINDS AND 50 YD PATH WIDTH.
THE 3 MILE PATH LENGTH STARTED 5 MI SSW OF SIKESTON ALONG
HWY FF TO 3.8 MI S OF SIKESTON ALONG HWY 61. ON HWY FF, A
POWER POLE SNAPPED AND A METAL BLDG 14X16 WAS DESTROYED.
ON HWY 61, A LARGE METAL BUILDING DOOR WAS BLOWN IN WITH
ANOTHER DOOR PARTIALLY BLOWN OUT ALONG WITH SIDING
DAMAGE. 2 GRAIN AUGERS BLOWN OVER. SEVERAL GRAIN PIPES
BLOWN AROUND W/ 2 ACROSS HWY 61. ONE OF THE POLES IMPALED
A PASSING CAR SHATTERING THE WINDOW.
