PLAINS. AT THE SFC...A LOW WILL MOVE INTO THE UPPER MS VALLEY AS A
COLD FRONT ADVANCES SEWD ACROSS THE CNTRL PLAINS AND MID MO VALLEY.
FURTHER TO THE EAST...ANOTHER UPPER TROUGH WILL MOVE EWD ACROSS THE
CNTRL APPALACHIAN MTNS. AN ISOLATED LIGHTNING STRIKE COULD OCCUR
JUST AHEAD OF THE TROUGH OVER THE NEXT HOUR OR SO IN WV OR WRN VA.
LIGHTNING COVERAGE SHOULD REMAIN BELOW 10 PERCENT. ELSEWHERE ACROSS
THE CONUS...A DRY BOUNDARY LAYER SHOULD LIMIT THUNDERSTORM
