FALLS/INCREASING MEAN FLOW FROM NRN CA NWD INTO THE PAC NW. A
GRADUAL INCREASE IN LOW-MIDLEVEL MOISTURE HAS BEEN NOTED IN
SATELLITE/GPS PW ESTIMATES OVER AZ SINCE YESTERDAY...WITH PW VALUES
NOW NEAR 0.5 INCHES. THIS MOISTURE WILL COMBINE WITH DAYTIME
HEATING AND LARGE-SCALE ASCENT TO SUPPORT MARGINAL BUOYANCY AND
