10/07/2009 F0 LAWRENCE AL NWS STORM SURVEY
AN EF-0 TORNADO WITH MAXIMUM WINDS ESTIMATED AT 80 MPH
TOUCHED DOWN IN RURAL LAWRENCE COUNTY ABOUT 6 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF MOULTON. THE MOST SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE
OCCURRED ALONG CR 59...WHERE A CHICKEN HOUSE COLLAPSED.
THE TORNADO ALSO DAMAGED THE METAL ROOF OF A MOBILE HOME
ALONG CR 58. SEVERAL TREES WERE UPROOTED OR SNAPPED ALONG
THE TORNADO PATH.
