THE SURFACE BUT BENEATH COOL TEMPERATURES ALOFT WITH NW FLOW. THE

MIDLEVEL CONVECTION FROM SRN MO INTO AR THIS EVENING...WHICH SHOULD
REMAIN QUITE WEAK.
